TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

You, the user and/or buyer, must accept and are implied to have reviewed the following terms and conditions, including, shipping and returns policy on this website before completing your orders on this website. The contents are all reviewable on this page before checkout and on a clickable and viewable section found in the footer of the homepage.

 

PRODUCT'S INTENDED USE

Professional products are intended for exclusive use by licensed consumers with relative training. Bioffinity does provide general protocols and technical guidance. If you are unsure regarding a professional product and its use, please send us an e-mail and state your technical inquiry.

Due to the nature of the professional products being sold on this website, all sales are considered final.

 

ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION VERIFICATION

At times, Bioffinity Inc.  may conduct an additional payment verification process for customers with credit cards not supported by AVS or Address Verification Service. We may contact you via phone or via email. While this process may add an additional processing time, it is for all our customer's security.  We encourage customers to work with Bioffinity Inc.  to successfully verify any order.

Should the product you are ordering need professional license verification, please register with the required details to prevent your order from being held up in the queue.

 

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Shipping couriers and estimated delivery leadtimes are offered upon checkout. At time, Bioffinity may ship your order using a different courier for as long as the delivery leadtime is similar. Bioffinity will always send out a shipping notification with the processing of your order.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF NATURE OR WAR:

Bioffinity Inc. is not liable for any order that is held up due to any natural calamity or any act of nature, weather, war or any delays caused by USPS, EMS, UPS FEDEX, DHL, or any shipping carrier.

Bioffinity is not liable for international customs clearance failures when the package has reached the country's destination.  If you are ordering from outside the United States, please communicate with us regarding the exact amount and product classification which you wish us to enter into customs' declaration forms.  Otherwise, Bioffinity will process customs forms as generally followed for our international customers.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS POLICY

It is the customer's responsibility to know and inform Bioffinity Inc. of varying countries customs regulations. Any items refused by customs in one's country are non-refundable.

RE-PROCESSABLE AND RETURNABLE CASES

#1: Product not as described.  This means that product shipped is the wrong item. In this case, please take a photo of your shipping label with your name on the label and the corresponding contents of the package. It is imperative that you communicate with Bioffinity Inc by filling out the contact form in the contact us section or email us.

#2. Product is shipped to the wrong shipping address vs the correct address the customer has entered when the order was placed as final via the online checkout process.

When this happens, Bioffinity will instead re-ship to the address indicated on the final invoice that is automatically generated when you place orders online via this website. We will re-ship; we will not issue a refund.

All returns need to arrive in an undamaged, unopened and in the same condition as it was shipped. Bioffinity reserves the right to refuse damaged, opened, or adulterated goods.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

All returns need to be undamaged, and boxes need to be in the original condition as when it was received. Damaged and torn boxes and blister trays may incur a re-stocking fee.  To issue a return, please fill up an RMA form ( Returns Merchandise Authorization ) Returns that are shipped back to the warehouse without an RMA form will not be processed and funds will not be refunded to your credit card.

When returns are processed, it usually takes 7-14 business days for the funds to be returned to the original payment method used during the time of the order.
